First National David Kay we were appointed to run an off market, Expressions of Interest campaign.

At request of the vendor the property was marketed via the off-market private treaty process and within a short time frame a purchaser was identified highlighting our capability to sell off- market in these challenging conditions and the demand for duplex homes.

The eventual buyer was a home occupier who purchased the brand new home.

Property has now sold.
